Conferencing
With the conferencing solution you save time and money. The service does not cost more than regular phone charges, and is therefore less expensive than similar solutions. There is no limit on the number of persons who may be involved, and these can be both inside and outside your enterprise.
Absence management
Gintel Office Assistant functionality provides the opportunity to highlight the absence when you are busy, in meeting or on vacation, so that callers can get spoken absence reason and duration of absence.
Login and logout to Queues
This feature allows you as a customer of the hosted Gintel solution to participate in your company’s main number as an attendant, and allows you to login and logout to any of the individual queues and main numbers.
Company directory and employees status
With this feature, you get a list of all employees in your company, including their phone numbers. The feature also gives you the employee status in terms of availability. You can call and send SMS directly from the app.
